About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can lead our workshop team with confidence and professionalism. You will work closely with the Service Manager to achieve business targets and objectives.
Your mechanical knowledge and organisational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop. You will be responsible for leading the team, creating a positive workplace environment, coaching and mentoring staff, and overseeing vehicle repair and warranty claims.
As part of this role, you will also be required to interact with customers, provide support with service advising and parts advising, and maintain high standards of quality control.
