You will be working as an Executive Assistant, supporting the director who has over plenty of years real estate experience servicing the Upper North Shore. This is the perfect role for someone who has similar experience, who is highly organised and can work under pressure. No two days will be the same in this challenging new position and would be perfect for someone who thrives in a busy and fast paced office!
**The Role**:
- Providing support to a highly reputable, successful director
- Handling all sales administration
- Database management
- Managing diary appointments
- Liaising with Vendors, buyers and solicitors
- Liaising with the marketing manager
- Organising marketing campaigns
- General support to the sales team
- Coordinating photographers, floor planners etc
- Working with the operations manager across business matters
- You will have experience in a Real Estate EA role
- Must be able to handle large volumes or work
- Working in a team of 5
- Immaculately presentation and strong communication skills
- A current certificate of registration
- Valid drivers license and your own car
- Must be able to work in a fast-pace environment
