Our Client is an international leader in the Manufacture, Development and Supply of Consumer Electronic products via an extensive range of retail stores.
They are seeking a Office Operations Coordinator to ensure the office operates smoothly by managing the varied responsibilities that keep the office running. This is a combined role encompassing receptionist and operation coordinator, providing support on all operational activities including Travel management / general procurement and operation administration duty.
2 - 5 year experience in a similar role
Demonstrated experience in office coordination
Microsoft Office suite intermediate to advance competence
High Level organization skills
Exceptional Interpersonal & Communication skills
Adaptability, flexibility, ability to prioritize under pressure
