Not only is it critical for you to be a leader within a team of highly capable people you will also work with the Service Owner People Systems to drive a culture of continuous improvement and development, this role is about challenging the status quo, being a thought leader and encouraging others to do the same.
As a Delivery Owner, you'll get to:
- Contribute to People Systems Service specific strategy to drive health and vitality, simplification and modernisation of the Service and overall reduced overall cost of ownership.
- Well defined engagement process with key stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communications.
- Enhance our culture of focus on value and upskill your team's technical knowledge and productivity.
- Manage financials associated with direct costs ensuring successful delivery within scope and agreed timeframes.
- Empower and guide Services and individuals to work to full potential to deliver quality outcomes.
**About you**
You will have a solid understanding of HR technology infrastructure delivery and experience with new HRIS platform implementations. Including expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
You will have:
- Demonstrated understanding and involvement in key business concepts and technology strategies.
- Proven ability to lead HR software development projects and/or development teams and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
- Experience with leading individuals and teams to design, build and deliver various HR technology initiatives (Transformation, Compliance, BAU).
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at various levels.
- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view.
- Outcome driven, with a persistent focus on leveraging technology to drive customer and business value.
