Your new role
As the Works Coordinator, you will coordinate, supervise, and deliver capital works and maintenance programs. You'll lead civil works teams, manage contractors, oversee plant and machinery, and ensure all works meet required safety, quality, and budget standards.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive continuous improvement, conduct site inspections, manage work programs, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will also play an important role in emergency response coordination when required.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in civil works or engineering with exposure to plant and machinery.
Strong leadership and supervision skills.
Ability to manage project planning, budgeting, and costing.
Knowledge of road construction, safety practices, and plan interpretation.
Confident communicator with solid public and contractor interaction skills.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, databases).
