About the role
Digital Experience is the community within AAD responsible for providing digital experience expertise and methodologies on digital strategic initiatives, legal service transformation capability to support practice and function digital innovation and digital change management and engagement to support the adoption and embedding of digital change initiatives. We are a supportive and tight knit team that is unafraid to push boundaries and deliver change.
After establishing the team in the UK, we are now building a Digital Change capability in APAC to continue our growth and are recruiting for a Digital Change and Engagement Manager in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
You will be responsible for delivering meaningful change for our people from assessing the change impact, guiding users through the journey, and equipping teams for long term success to ensure sustained adoption and lasting value for our people and the firm.

About you
* You bring the right experience and qualifications. You have a degree in communications, law, business, or a related field, plus 3-5 years' experience in a change management role (whether in-house, agency, or consultancy). Industry qualifications in project, programme, or change management are a bonus.
* You've driven real change. You have hands‐on experience leading change initiatives within organisations and working alongside R&D and product teams.
* You're a strong communicator. You have excellent communication, facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. You can translate complex information into something clear and simple.
* You're comfortable with a range of tools. You're ideally fluent in agile, lean, and design tools like Miro, as well as traditional business tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
* You're happy to get stuck in. You're passionate about getting your hands dirty and training up others in your discipline.
* You've ideally worked in professional services. Experience in a professional services environment is desirable, as is knowledge of how the legal industry is evolving and transforming.
* You're curious and forward-thinking. You're excited about innovation, digital transformation, generative AI (including its risks and opportunities), and continual learning.
