As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Supervisor Support to join our Sunshine Coast team. This role is designed to support Supervisors managing complex claims.

The Role

This position requires greater depth in insurance claims or building knowledge and the ability to work closely with Supervisors on complex jobs.

You will:

* Hold daily check-ins with Supervisors to review job progress and next steps.
* Maintain regular contact with customers to keep them supported and informed throughout the process.
* Provide timely updates in insurer/client portals and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
* At times may be required to liaise with trades and suppliers to confirm attendance, resolve issues, and progress works.
* Support Supervisors by raising and tracking purchase orders and completing administrative tasks when they are on site.
* Manage escalated or sensitive claims with care and professionalism.

What You Will Need

* Previous insurance claims management experience (highly regarded), or a background in building coordination, or a similar role.
* Proven ability to manage sensitive claims with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Strong computer skills, including client portal use and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Confidence liaising with trades, suppliers, and clients to keep jobs moving.
