Why this role?
You'll manage your own portfolio of SME clients, backed by an experienced admin support resource so you can focus on what you do best— delivering expert advice, nurturing long-term relationships, and growing your portfolio. In this role, you will:
* Advise and place insurance across a wide product suite: SME Package, Property, Liability, Commercial Motor, Fleet, Financial Lines, and Retail.
* Own client relationships and provide solutions that make a difference.
* Meet compliance standards with confidence and clarity.
* Proactively spot and convert new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience as an Insurance Broker (Commercial background).
* Tier 1 or Diploma-level qualifications in Insurance Broking.
* A results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to pursue new business opportunities and consistently deliver outstanding results.
* A master of client relationships with exceptional communication, quick-thinking, and a solutions-focused approach.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and dedicated to securing positive outcomes for clients.
