A well-established Northern Beaches agency is looking for a Property Manager to join their beautiful beachside office.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2+ years' experience who wants to learn, grow and be properly supported in a role that's built to be sustainable.
This isn't a "sink or swim" setup.
You'll be joining a team that actually invests time into onboarding, training and ongoing support.
The role
* Manage a residential portfolio of approx.215 properties
* Day-to-day portfolio management, inspections and client communication
* Work within established systems and processes
* Ongoing guidance from senior team members
* Room to grow as your experience and confidence build
Who this suits
* 1–2+ years' experience in Property Management (the more, the merrier
* Someone keen to develop their skills and progress within a business
* Organised, professional and confident with tenants and landlords
* Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
* Team-first mindset with a genuine interest in long-term growth
