We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Specialty – Construction Practice team at Marsh.
This role will be based in Sydney.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of construction industry accounts while delivering exceptional client service within a collaborative team environment that encourages career development.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across your portfolio
Manage risk and insurance program renewals, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards
Provide technical advice and contribute to business development and tender responses for construction projects
Collaborate closely with senior team members and across Marsh divisions to deliver integrated client solutions
Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
What you need to have
Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent)
4-7 years' experience in construction or property insurance broking
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail and organisational ability
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality client outcomes

Hold a valid insurance broker's license
Demonstrated success in business development and strategic client engagement
Relevant tertiary qualifications in insurance, risk management, or related fields
