WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support and enhance Communify's IT systems and infrastructure. This role is ideal for a proactive and technically skilled qualified who enjoys working across cloud, infrastructure, and security environments.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Administering and maintaining Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premise infrastructure.
* Providing second and third-level technical support across systems and applications.
* Monitoring system performance, security, backups, and availability.
* Managing identity and access (Azure AD / Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA).
* Supporting infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and cloud transformations.
* Developing and maintaining automation scripts (PowerShell).
* Supporting IT security practices including patching, vulnerability management, and compliance.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and deliver system improvements.
* Maintaining high-quality documentation for systems and processes.
* Supporting and mentoring IT Support staff with escalated issues.
WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
Reporting to the Systems Administrator and Support Manager, you'll work closely with the IT team and stakeholders across Communify to deliver reliable and secure technology solutions.
