* Strong collaboration skills and the ability to find common ground with people approaching projects from differing perspectives.
* The ability to make decisions within set parameters, and the confidence to deliver information to various levels within both Epiroc and the customer's organisations.
* A background in and an understanding of business development, account management or general sales.
* A technical aptitude - you don't need to be an expert regarding machinery as you will be supported in that space, but a solid understanding of technical considerations is important.
* Willingness to undertake extensive travel.
* Exposure to mining and related industries will be well-regarded.
* A competitive nature - the desire to succeed for your customer, yourself and Epiroc.
* It would be highly advantageous if you have the ability to read and speak Mandarin.
