We are seeking an experienced operator to run our main praline depositing line in our world-class manufacturing facility. The role involves operation of state-of-the-art chocolate moulding lines, including enrobing, depositing, mixing fillings, and tempering chocolate.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure quality control and meet GMP guidelines
* Organise packing staff on end-of-belt packing
* Follow set recipes and methods to create chocolates
* Mix and blend ingredients for fillings
* Adhere to production schedules
* Perform heavy lifting up to 25kg
* Clean down machinery and manage line changeovers
* Paperwork and traceability
* Stock ordering
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* A background in a manufacturing environment, preferably food and FMCG
* Technical and mechanical aptitude
