Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional and confidential reception services through the Switchboard, Main Reception, and Emergency Department Reception.
* Undertake administrative functions related to emergency admissions and after-hours direct admissions.
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
