Attending Pitches/Concept Sessions taking Minutes and ownership of delegated tasks.
Shoot co-ordination including venues/talent/travel/Cost Management.
Running Errands to support the MDs and the overall team needs, especially during pitches.
Personal requests for MDs, as required.
Involvement in Projects encompassing PR and Media.
Management of the Agency time and expense reporting and alignment to Accenture process.
Integration tasks based on the formal cutover to Accenture (effective 1st April).
