About the Role Based in our Coorparoo clinic, you will play a key role supporting both our clients and therapy team. This role combines intake coordination, reception, scheduling, and operational support to ensure a smooth experience for clients and therapists. Your responsibilities will include: Managing incoming calls and client enquiries Coordinating NDIS intake and referrals Scheduling appointments across therapist calendars for clinic and community visits Welcoming clients and families at reception Creating and maintaining client records and documentation Supporting therapists and Team Leads with calendar management Coordinating clinic resources, therapy materials and travel kits Assisting with day-to-day clinic operations and administration About You You are organised, approachable and enjoy helping people. You will bring: Experience in NDIS administration, intake or allied health practice support Strong customer service skills and confidence communicating with clients and families Experience with calendar scheduling and managing multiple priorities Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and spreadsheets Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A proactive approach and willingness to support the team where needed Experience working in NDIS, disability services, healthcare or allied health clinics will be highly regarded.
