Role Overview
As an Organisation and Methods Analyst, you will evaluate, design, and implement operational processes across our business to improve efficiency, minimise errors, and optimise resource allocation. You will be central to analysing workflows, developing standard operating procedures, and integrating technology to ensure operational consistency and service quality.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Process Development & Documentation : Define, document, and optimise operational processes across all business areas. Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Workflow Analysis & Improvement : Record, assess, and analyse workflow charts, reports, job descriptions, and manuals to identify inefficiencies. Recommend and implement systemic improvements to methods, procedures, and job functions.
- Resource Optimisation : Assess technological, physical, and human resources to streamline business processes and integrate automation tools.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance : Ensure that all processes meet regulatory requirements and align with industry best practices. Implement quality control measures for sensitive processes such as student visa applications.
- Training & Staff Development : Develop training materials and programs to ensure staff are proficient in operational processes, compliance, and tools.
- Business Process Automation & Technology Integration : Evaluate and implement workflow automation systems such as CRM platforms to improve communication, coordination, and service delivery.
- KPI Monitoring & Performance Analysis : Design and deploy performance dashboards and monitoring tools to provide management with data-driven insights.
- Change Management & Risk Mitigation : Identify operational bottlenecks, manage risks, and implement corrective measures for process optimisation.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, accounts, and visa processing teams to ensure alignment of processes across departments.
- Customer Experience Enhancement : Refine operational workflows to ensure seamless and high-quality customer experiences.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in business process analysis, organisational methods, or operational management.
- Demonstrated ability in workflow analysis, process improvement, and compliance management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and workflow automation tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in the education, migration, or service sector highly regarded.
