As an Assistant Store Manager or Manager-in-Training you will be experienced as a hands on leader and store support, as well as a passionate and driven salesperson. Alongside your Store Manager and Regional Manager, you will drive and lead your sales & styling team in Hobart, maintaining merchandising standards, stock control and monitoring of store expenses.
Your personality and professionalism will engage, inspire and motivate your team to achieve outstanding customer service and sales targets while you excel in operational requirements. Coming from an extensive retail, sales and / or management background you will have a proven history of consistent and reliable performance, and love the challenge of personal development in a bricks and mortar environment
