Overview
We are currently partnering with a leading project home builder in South West Sydney to recruit an experienced and customer-focused Client Liaison Officer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business known for delivering high-quality homes and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Managing relationships for high volume of clients
* Providing regular updates on construction progress
* Liaising with internal teams including construction, estimating, and drafting
* Managing client queries, variations, and expectations professionally
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
About You
* Previous experience in a Client Liaison, Customer Service, or Project Coordination role
* Experience within residential construction or project home building is highly regarded
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive and solutions-driven approach
