About the role
We are seeking an experienced Glazier to join our team at BenM Glass & Glazing in Warragul, Victoria. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for replacing broken glass for residential and commercial properties.
What you'll be doing
1. Install, repair, and replace a variety of glass products to the different types of existing windows and doors.
2. Measure and cut glass to fit specific openings
3. Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
4. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
5. Ensure work is completed safely and within specified timelines
6. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the business
What we're looking for
1. Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience as a Glazier
2. Strong technical skills and attention to detail
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Good communication and customer service skills
5. Knowledge of Glass and glazing codes of Australia and Australian Standards
6. A positive, reliable, and safety-focused attitude
