Job Description
In these casual roles across our Rehabilitation and Mental Health campuses in Hawthorn and Camberwell, you will be part of the Hospitality Services team and report to the Hospitality Services Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a high quality clean and safe environment for patients, doctors and staff
Perform efficient and excellent cleaning services, including bed making, laundry, linen distribution and waste disposal
Show respect, understanding and compassion towards patients and colleagues
Work collaboratively with the team and strive for consistently efficient services
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver on and respond compassionately to patients' needs
Excellent interpersonal skills and clear, confident communication
Organised approach and ability to work consistently and effectively in a busy environment
Well-developed understanding of Infection Control in a hospital environment
Adaptability to changing tasks throughout your shift
Flexibility with availability for rostered shifts across morning, afternoon and weekends
