- Salary: $103,353 - $110,497 p.a. plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits – MDP2
- Temporary Full-Time, up to 26 February 2027

About the Role:

Join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager within our Cardiac Unit and make a meaningful impact in cardiac care for our community.

As Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will support the delivery of specialised cardiac care whilst mentoring nursing teams and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff in cardiac care delivery
- assist with unit operations, quality improvement initiatives and staff development
- ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care pathways
- support recruitment, orientation and professional development activities

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.

About You:

To thrive in this role you will possess demonstrated leadership and clinical expertise in acute care settings along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Postgraduate qualifications in cardiac nursing are highly desirable.
