We are seeking a skilled Training Lead to develop, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives for the implementation of our Single Digital Patient Record.
About The Role
This role will involve collaborating with project teams and key stakeholders to design and deliver end-user training activities for staff across various departments.
You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that all training programs meet the required standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and Delivery: Create effective approaches to training delivery for diverse groups of employees.
* Training Management: Oversee the development and delivery schedule for eLearning modules, video content, and other online resources.
* Evaluation and Review: Monitor, assess, and refine training programs to guarantee alignment with business objectives, industry standards, and adult learning principles.
* Support and Development: Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
* Qualifications: A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent is highly desirable.
* Experience: Extensive experience in adult learning and technical training is essential.
* Skills: Excellent organizational skills, high-level computer literacy, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
