About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team in a full-time permanent capacity based in Oakleigh South. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the end-to-end accounts payable function, ensuring all payments are processed accurately, on time, and in line with company policies and legislative requirements.
In this Role
* End-to-end Accounts Payable responsibility across a network of branches
* Strong experience matching PO and non‐PO invoices
* Proven capability in account reconciliations and payment runs
* Manage accounts payable queries and resolve discrepancies promptly
* Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders as required
What Are We Looking For
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
* Strong ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Intermediate to advanced level user of MS Excel and Outlook.
* PRONTO software is highly desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
* Ability to prioritise, follow up, and manage time effectively
