We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Operations Manager to lead our busy bar and bottle shop team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our venue, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Opening and Closing Procedures: Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures for the bar and bottle shop, including stock management and inventory control.
* Cash Handling and POS Operation: Accurately manage cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems with precision.
* Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to your team during service hours, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Serving and Sales: Serve a wide range of beverages and promote sales through excellent customer service and up-selling techniques.
* Stock Control and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, rotate stock, and manage inventory effectively to minimize waste and optimize sales.
* Venue Maintenance: Ensure the bar and bottle shop area is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will require:
