About You
* Proven experience in senior operations (Project Manager/Operations Manager/Construction Manger) or ideally in a General Manager position in the groundworks/piling/excavation/shoring sector.
* Confident managing project managers, superintendents, and support staff.
* Strong commercial and financial skills – A strong understanding of P&L's and project financial management is essential.
* Practical knowledge of site operations, plant and equipment, blue collar crews, and project workflows.
* Calm, decisive, and accountable; able to handle challenges and manage strong personalities.
