We are seeking a skilled and experienced Horticulturist to join our award winning team of landscape designers and horticulturists at Sphere Landscape Design & Horticultural Services. The Role
We're looking for an organised, friendly and proactive person to join our behind-the-scenes team and help keep things running smoothly.
This role is all about coordination, communication and care, ensuring our schedules are humming, our clients feel supported and our field team is set up for success.
What You'll Need
Experience in scheduling and coordinating jobs using ServiceM8 or similar software
Excellent communication skills with clients providing high level service in person or via phone, text and email with professionalism and warmth
Ability to manage invoicing and administrative tasks
Proven experience in horticulture (minimum 5 years preferred)
Expertise in plant identification, care and maintenance
Strong understanding of sustainable gardening practices
Enjoys hands on work and thrives undertaking a variety of tasks including pruning, planting, mulching, hedging and weeding
A creative, solutions-focused mindset with excellent work ethic and attention to detail
Leadership experience and enjoys mentoring apprentices and junior staff
Team player with a positive attitude
Is physically fit and loves working outdoors
