As a Land Sales Specialist, you will initiate contact with potential clients, nurture leads, and register initial expressions of interest. You will present clients with available options and sell land by collaborating with builders to create packages for the market.
About You:
* You should have experience in Masterplanned projects, selling new homes and/or land.
* Ideal experience includes building relationships with local builders.
* You must be proactive and enjoy engaging with clients over the phone and on-site to attract people to our property developments.
