Senior Service Desk Analyst | Immediate Start | 9-Month Contract We’re currently looking for an experienced Senior Service Desk Analyst to join a well-known Australian organisation on a 9-month contract. This is an immediate start opportunity suited to someone with strong Level 1 and Level 2 service desk experience, excellent communication skills and the confidence to support VIP, senior stakeholder and C-suite level users. This is a Sydney-based hybrid role, however you will need to be comfortable working onsite as required, particularly during the initial period. A competitive day rate is on offer for the right person. The Role You will provide hands-on Level 1 and Level 2 technology support across a busy corporate environment, supporting both remote and in-person users. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting desktop, application, device and general end-user issues, while delivering a calm, professional and high-quality support experience. You will also support onboarding and offboarding processes, new starter setups, device rollouts, user access requests, documentation and general service desk activities. The role will involve supporting senior stakeholders and C-suite users, so strong communication, urgency and professionalism are essential. About You You will bring 3–5 years’ experience across service desk, desktop support, IT support or end-user support, with a strong grounding across Level 1 and Level 2 support. You will be confident troubleshooting Microsoft desktop products, end-user devices, applications and general EUC issues. Experience across onboarding, offboarding, device setup and user support is important. Experience with Google Workspace including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets or Google Meet is highly regarded, but not essential. Most importantly, you will be reliable, switched on, calm under pressure and comfortable supporting VIP users, senior stakeholders and C-suite executives in a professional corporate environment.
