Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their collaborative and high-performing customer support team. About your new role: As the Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of inquiries, orders, and service requests. Your role is critical to the smooth operation of order fulfilment and customer communication. You will work across various departments to resolve open orders, coordinate with warehousing and loan teams, and support the sales team to ensure the best possible service outcomes. Responding to and resolving customer inquiries, orders, and complaints efficientlyProviding accurate product and order informationGenerating quotes, invoices, credits, and consignment-related documentationCollaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure service expectations are metMaintaining accurate records in ERP and CRM systemsSupporting the sales team with samples, demos, and stock requestsMeeting KPIs and contributing to process improvement About you: You're a proactive and reliable customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
