An opportunity is available for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple concurrent technology initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This role has a strong focus on application delivery, cybersecurity, and infrastructure projects, ensuring outcomes are delivered in line with agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and security requirements.
The successful candidate will manage projects end to end, applying appropriate delivery methodologies and governance frameworks while working closely with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage IT projects through the full delivery lifecycle, including applications, cybersecurity, and infrastructure initiatives
* Ensure projects comply with organisational governance, cybersecurity, risk, operational, and legal requirements
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
* Monitor and control delivery performance, proactively managing scope, dependencies, issues, and risks
* Provide regular project reporting to Steering Committees and senior stakeholders, including schedule, budget, quality, and cyber risk impacts
* Coordinate internal teams, cybersecurity specialists, and external vendors to ensure secure and compliant delivery
* Manage change control, assurance activities, and project governance artefacts
* Oversee project closure activities, including handover, documentation, and asset transfer
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience delivering IT projects within medium to large organisations.
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects in complex delivery environments
* Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery assurance
* Experience delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences
* Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Jira; experience with Project Online and SAP Project Management modules is desirable
* Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and evolving project requirements

* Experience delivering cybersecurity initiatives or working within cyber-enabled programs
* Exposure to infrastructure or cloud-based projects
* Understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk frameworks, or regulatory/compliance environments
