An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time, experienced Receptionist to join our Adelaide team.

The Role
Due to the expansion of our Adelaide office, a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

* Answering internal and external calls for a national switchboard;
* Meeting and greeting valued clients and visitors;
* Booking meeting rooms;
* Ordering and receiving couriers;
* Taking orders for and preparing beverages;
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail and data entry;
* General day-to-day assistance with administrative tasks as required; and
* Catering and function assistance.

Who We Are Looking For
This is a great opportunity for a vibrant and intelligent receptionist to join our Adelaide office. The Receptionist will be the face of the firm and the right candidate must be well-presented, professional, personable and articulate. Whilst you will be prominently working autonomously, you will also have the ability to work well within a team environment. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a corporate reception position is preferred.

Please note we will not be considering law students at this time.
