Senior Contracts Administrator
Design & Build Recruitment is searching for a talented and motivated Contracts Administrator who are looking to relocate to the Sunshine State - Queensland.
Specifically, I have several opportunities with leading developer builders and head D&C contractors in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Current and immediate opportunities across high rise luxury apartment, mixed use commercial, sporting facilities, and industrial new build projects.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Contracts Administrator with our client, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of their projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts administration, including:
* Reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
* Monitoring contract performance, variations, and claims to ensure timely resolution and minimize risks.
* Maintaining accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and procedures.
* Mentoring and coaching Junior Contracts Administrators
Requirements:
* Serious plans to relocate to Queensland.
* Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the commercial construction industry.
* Sound knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Procore, Cheops, Hammertech…)
