Renewable Energy Project Manager
As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical and engineering aspects of renewable energy projects. Your responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks while maintaining adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
The successful candidate will provide support and expertise to our construction management team, working across wind farm and solar construction projects in Australia. The role will include supervision of site contractors, monitoring performance and achievement of standards for projects (cost, time, safety, quality and environmental performance) and reporting to the lead project manager.

About the Role:
* Ensure all site safety and legal requirements are met. Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and performance standards
* Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle. Solve technical problems and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Oversee and coordinate the activities of contractors and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
* Assist the construction project manager to address and resolve any contract-related disputes or issues that arise during the project
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage project interfaces, stakeholder requirements, and associated risks
2. Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans and strategies
3. Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other project team members
4. Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:
* A degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid full Australian driver's license
