Job Description The Occupier Services business provides end to end property services for corporate occupiers. Services range from managing lease terms and expiries for entire property portfolios, to disposing redundant assets, new site selection and acquisition, tenant advisory, workplace strategy, design & architecture, project management, technology services, and six-star concierge and workplace services. Government Property Services (GPS) GPS is a separate business unit which sits under the Occupier Services banner. The GPS team provides leasing services to ~35 Commonwealth Government agencies under the Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) arrangements including critical date management, property strategy, market approaches, site selection, lease negotiation and tenant advisory. Our Government Property Services team is currently looking for motivated property professionals to fill the roles of Senior Leasing Manager and Leasing Manager in the team that delivers the above leasing services across multiple jurisdictions. The key responsibilities of the role/s will include: Negotiation of lease requirements for the client. Leading quality service outcomes for stakeholders Ongoing client liaison and relationship development. Assisting with advice to clients on strategic property solutions. Managing critical Lease dates and processing Lease renewals, options and rent reviews. Database management. Preparation of detailed monthly reports. Attend internal and external meetings as required. Assisting in review and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practice and compliance. Additional support to wider team. Work closely with the Director – Government Property services to assist and mentor other team members.
