WATER DRILLER
WATER DRILLER
Ventia are currently seeking to engage a Water Driller to join our Well Servicing team within our Rig & Wells contract. Reporting to the Rig Manager, this role will see you responsible for all rig equipment and crew, ensuring maintenance schedules are adhere to and the equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
This is a casual ongoing role on a 2:2 roster, with flights & accommodation provided.

Key Duties, But Not Limited To
* Ensure the RWS Safety Management System and contract requirements are met
* Use, maintain, and report on plant and equipment, including failures and damage
* Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of incidents, hazards, pipe tally, operations, and safety meetings
* Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all employees and sub-contractors wear appropriate PPE
* Assist with the training, mentoring, and development of rig staff, particularly focusing on Trainee Drillers
* Communicate and comply with client policies, ensuring safety and Ventia standards are met
* Safe and effect insulation of water wells
Requirements
* Driver's Licence (HR Open and above)
* Class I II & III Water Well Tickets – Highly regarded
* Certificate II, III, or IV in Drilling Operations
* Dual Rotary Rigs Experience - Highly regarded
* Experience within a Water Wells – Highly regarded
* Proven client relationship management skills
