They are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join their Personal Injury team.

The Role
As Senior Legal Assistant, you'll be a key support to the Personal Injury team - working across files from intake to resolution, preparing correspondence, coordinating matters, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and progress personal injury files from start to finish
Draft legal correspondence and documentation
Liaise professionally with clients, medical practitioners, insurers and counsel
Maintain accurate file records, deadlines and tasks
Support lawyers with matter preparation and client communication
About You
Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Senior Legal Assistant (Personal Injury experience highly regarded)
Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, client-focused approach and strong attention to detail
Comfortable working across two offices and adapting to different environments
