Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day operations, ensuring consistently high-quality food preparation, and contributing to menu development.
* Assist the Head Chef with all aspects of kitchen management including inventory control, staff supervision, and customer service.
* Lead and supervise kitchen staff during service, maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
* Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard across all dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Contribute to menu planning, specials, and seasonal offerings, working closely with the Head Chef and other culinary team members.
