In this hands‐on role, you'll work closely with the Safety and Wellbeing team to assist employees recovering from both work‐related and non‐work‐related injuries—physical and psychological.This is a great opportunity to build your capability in psychosocial risk management, learn best practice across diverse operations, and contribute to a proactive, supportive approach to recovery and wellbeing across the business.**Key responsibilities:*** Lead and support injury management across WA/SA/VIC, including early incident follow‐up, coordination of rehabilitation and return‐to‐work plans, and maintaining confidential, accurate records.* Identify emerging issues, risks and improvement opportunities, contributing to proactive development across projects and teams.* Build inclusive, productive working relationships, collaborating effectively while role‐modelling behaviour that avoids stereotypes, bias and prejudice.* Collect and manage OHS/WHS data accurately, ensuring information is used effectively to support safety outcomes and broader business performance.* Strengthen Acciona's safety culture by promoting early reporting, delivering training, and assisting the national team with psychosocial risk initiatives, procedures, programs and strategic improvements.**Required Skills and Competencies*** You have experience in injury management or return‐to‐work coordination—ideally in construction or other high‐risk industries—and a strong understanding of South Australian and Victorian workers compensation systems.* Your communication and interpersonal skills allow you to manage sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism and confidence.* You demonstrate strong organisational and case‐management capability, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.* You hold a formal health and safety or allied health qualification, Return to Work Coordinator training (SA or VIC), and a current driver's licence ideally.*ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
