About This Role
This is a hybrid position (50% remote, 50% office-based) that can be based from our Geelong or Glenroy office. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of services provided by the organization and responding to customer enquiries
- Supporting customers and stakeholders to determine service availability and funding constraints
- Developing, maintaining, and updating service agreements for customers
- Liaising with internal and external parties to resolve service agreement related issues
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in administration and/or customer service roles within Disability, Health or Community Services
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective communication with diverse backgrounds
- Strong computer literacy skills and influencing/negotiation skills
