We are looking for a friendly, confident and organised Membership Sales & Front Desk Consultant to join our growing team.This part-time role blends customer service, membership sales, front-desk coordination, and general administration.
It is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting families, building rapport, and supporting a positive, community-centred environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome members and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impressionHandle enquiries in person, by phone, email and messageConduct tours and guide new families through membership optionsSupport member onboarding, bookings and schedulingProcess memberships and complete basic administrative tasksMaintain an organised reception area and assist with day-to-day studio operationsProvide exceptional customer service and assist parents and students as neededAbout YouHave experience in customer service, fitness/gym sales, or front-desk receptionCommunicate clearly, confidently and warmlyAre organised, reliable, and able to multitask during peak periodsEnjoy talking with families and supporting children's activitiesTake initiative, work independently, and remain calm under pressureHave experience with membership sales (highly regarded)Have martial arts experience (bonus, not essential)Why Join Black Belt Plus?
