Job Overview
We are seeking a CEO to oversee our organization.
Responsibilities
* Oversee accurate financial statements and reports supplied by CEO
* Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies
* Work with CEO to make sure all the board understand their fiduciary responsibilities
* Work with the CEO to draft the budget year
Qualifications
* 2+ years' of experience in finance or accounting
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Experience in leadership and team management
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community
* Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools
* Prior experience in community-building or non-profit organizations is a plus
