Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and research potential clients in the disability, aged care, and allied health sectors across ANZ
* Engage prospects through phone, email, and social channels to introduce Datanova's solutions.
* Lead consultative conversations to uncover needs, present solutions, and progress opportunities.
* Qualify opportunities against a set framework to ensure high quality lead conversion.
* Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM system (Hubspot).
* Collaborate with Account Executives, Account Managers, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and share insights.
* Research target accounts and personalize outreach to key decision-makers.
* Provide market and competitor feedback to support product and strategy development.
* Meet or exceed targets for calls, qualified opportunities and sales activities.
* Stay current on industry trends and Datanova's evolving solutions.
What You Will Bring:
You're a natural relationship builder and driven sales professional with a proven track record of qualifying and converting high-potential leads - ideally within SaaS or technology sectors. You bring:
* Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech, with a proven track record of qualifying and converting leads.
* Strong consultative selling skills and ability to identify client needs, articulate tailored solutions, and building lasting relantionships.
* Proficient in CRM tools to manage pipelines, track interactions, and analyse market trends and competitor activity
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
