Lead Electrician (Leading Hand)

What You'll Be Doing
* Running jobs to schedule and ensuring quality outcomes.
* Leading and supporting a team of apprentices and qualified electricians.
* Delivering residential and commercial electrical work: repairs, maintenance, renovations, compliance inspections, and upgrades.
* Opportunity to expand into air-conditioning services
What We're Looking For
* Current and valid NSW & VIC unrestricted electrical licence (or ability to gain mutual recognition).
* 2–5 years' post-apprenticeship experience in residential and commercial electrical.
* Current driver's licence and construction white card.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Bonus Skills (not essential): Solar/battery installation, air-conditioning experience, EWP licence, working at heights, first aid, Valid working with children's check (VIC and NSW), National Police Check.
