Leederville Camera House would like to appoint an assistant to join our friendly team in our laboratory/retail imaging section.
The successful candidate will have previous Photo Lab experience (not essential) preferably within the last 2 years on digital minilabs, experience with Adobe Photoshop (minimum CS5), recent customer service experience, and be passionate about photography with good knowledge of equipment, or willing to learn on equipment. Although experience is preferred it is not essential, but a willingness to learn is essential. Recent photographic graduates can also apply, stating all details in your resume.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
Advanced Adobe Photoshop techniques proficiency is required for this position.
The position offers great job satisfaction working within a team of dedicated individuals. Great communication skills are essential, as well as being well groomed and well spoken. The position involves retail trade hours on a five day a week roster. There are no evenings, Sundays or public holidays to be worked.
