Job Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will provide administrative support to rural sales agents statewide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage leads pipeline and database prospecting
* Work towards being a subject matter expert in CRM systems
* Assist State Managers and agents with research and external platform support
* Provide high-level customer service to rural sales agents
* Support the current sales support officer with sales listings, ensuring a smooth sales campaign
* Respond to phone and email enquiries from rural sales agents
About You
To succeed at this role, you will have:
* Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
* Creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in Real Estate industry
* Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative working environment
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines
