**Job Overview**

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily mail, scanning and indexing correspondence, banking incoming funds, and completing allocated tasks within agreed service standards.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, a strong focus on delivering quality output, and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
They will also demonstrate a customer-focused attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Opening and sorting daily mail (in and out)
* Scanning and indexing inbound correspondence
* Banking of incoming money
* Completing allocated work within agreed Service standards with high quality output
**Requirements**
* Excellent attention to detail and a high focus on delivering quality output
* A minimum of 1 year in an administration environment
* Sound knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
* Strong customer service attitude in everyday responsibilities
