Receptionist Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer all telephone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and documentation.
* Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
* Ensure the efficient operation of the front reception area.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a busy reception role.
* Strong accuracy and data entry skills.
* PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel).
* Ability to learn internal software systems.
