We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our Retail & Consumer division based in Truganina, VIC. The role is directly responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the team within our FMCG retail distribution centre, reporting to the Site Manager and overseeing the operations team for the AM shift.
Responsibilities
* Successfully facilitate the delivery of Warehouse Logistics for a Key Customer.
* Lead and foster innovative logistics solutions with customers.
* Engage Toll's stakeholders, both internal and external, to accomplish mutual goals.
* Review and report compliance requirements of the warehouse to meet customer and Toll financial and audit expectations.
* Ensure people are engaged and managed to create a positive workplace culture that meets compliance requirements.
* Pioneer the Safety Culture that meets organisational and regional requirements.
Qualifications
* 3–5 years in Logistics and Warehouse Management.
* Demonstrated experience managing a warehouse function.
* Experience managing operational budgets.
* Intermediate MS Office skills and other office‐based technologies.
* Qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
You must be entitled to work in Australia and be prepared to undergo pre‐employment checks, including a criminal history check and medical examination.
