About the role:
As a Senior Safety & Wellbeing Consultant, you'll lead programs that promote a safe and healthy workplace. You'll work closely with teams across DTF to identify risks, develop strategies, and drive continuous improvement. From psychosocial risk management to ergonomic assessments, your work will help shape a culture of wellbeing and safety.
In this role, you'll take on tasks such as:
Lead development and review of WHS&IM programs and policies
Provide expert advice on workplace hazards and risk management
Partner with teams to investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Conduct early intervention assessments and ergonomic evaluations
Support psychosocial risk initiatives and wellbeing programs
Coordinate audits and contribute to WHS&IM training plans
Maintain accurate records and contribute to WHS reporting

We're looking for someone who demonstrates:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Experience in WHS consultancy and program development
Knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WHS systems
A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and ethical conduct
